Returns and Exchanges

Upper 90 Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from u90soccer.com. Our self-service return portal makes it easy to manage returns and exchanges.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

  • All returned or exchanged items must be in original condition with original tags and packaging. Used or damaged items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • If you make a partial return, we'll adjust any discounts that had been applied proportionally and refund you accordingly.
  • If we made an error (incorrect or defective item), Upper 90 will cover return shipping and refund any initial shipping charges.
  • For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • There is no need to manually enter a return address—the provided return label will include the correct destination.
  • e-GiftCards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.


Processing Time & Refunds

  1. Transit Time: 2-7 business days for your return to reach us.
  2. Processing Time: 1-3 business days after we receive your return.
  3. Refund Time: 5-10 business days for your bank to process the refund.

We will notify you via email once your return has been processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

 


 

Exchanges

  • If you need a different size or product and the item is eligible for exchange per the eligibility requirements above, please initiate a return for the item(s) to be exchanged following the steps below. We will confirm availability and provide next steps.



How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Visit our Self-Service Return Portal
  2. Choose your order to check the return eligibility.
  3. Click the “Request return” button
  4. Choose a return reason
  5. If requesting an EXCHANGE: enter the new size needed in the Customer Note section
  6. Submit your request
  7. Your request will be reviewed by our team
  8. You will be contacted via email for next steps
  9. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or exchange in accordance with the policy below


Additional Notes

  •  All original tags and packaging must be included.
  •  Please include this Packing Slip for fast processing.
  •  For your security, return product(s) with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS) and retain your tracking number.
  •  Upper 90 is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
